Booking
A booking page your customers can use to take a slot themselves, and a diary that stays honest about what is free.
Services
A service is something bookable: a consultation, a site visit, a treatment. Each has a duration, a price if you charge for it, and its own availability.
Services can be duplicated — useful when you offer the same thing at three lengths — and retired without deleting the bookings already made against them.
Availability
Set your working hours per day, add breaks, and block out holidays. The booking page offers only what is genuinely free: it reads your existing bookings, so two people cannot take the same slot.
The booking page
A public page, one per service or one for everything, that works on a phone with no account and no app. It shows a month at a time, the times available on the day chosen, and asks only for what you need.
You can also embed it in your own website, either inline in a page or behind a button.
Service areas
If you travel to customers, set the postcodes you cover. Somebody outside them is told so before they book, rather than after you have driven there.
What happens after a booking
- The customer gets a confirmation, and a reminder before the appointment.
- A contact is created or matched in the CRM — a repeat customer is one person, not a new record each time.
- If the service has a price and a card processor is connected, it can be paid at the time of booking.
- The appointment appears on your dashboard.
Cancellations
Both sides can cancel through the link in the confirmation. A cancelled slot returns to the pool immediately.
