Pro #

Pro deepens the modules you already use rather than replacing them. Your data stays where it is, your screens stay where they are, and more of them work.

Paste a licence key into Settings → Licence and the features appear. There is no second installation and nothing to migrate.

Invoicing #

• Recurring invoices on a schedule — weekly, monthly, quarterly — issued automatically.
• Subscriptions: plans, subscribers, and what happens when one lapses.
• Automatic chasing of overdue invoices on a schedule you set.
• Customer statements covering a period rather than one document.

Accounting #

• Bills — money you owe, with due dates and payment tracking.
• Recurring bills for the things that arrive every month.
• Bank reconciliation: import a statement and match it against what the books already say.
• Budgets by month, read against actuals.
• Multi-currency, with rates held per transaction so historic figures do not move.
• Tax reporting for the periods you actually file.

CRM #

• Custom fields on contacts and companies.
• Deeper pipeline reporting — conversion, ageing, value by stage.

What Pro does not do #

It does not take anything away from the free tier, and it does not hold your data hostage. If a licence lapses, the instance falls back to free: Pro screens stop, and every record they created is still there, still readable, still exportable.

That is deliberate. Software that deletes your books when you stop paying is not software you should run your business on.
