Introduction
Sentrello is a unified business management platform for small businesses. Customers, quotes, invoices, bookkeeping, bookings, files and staff accounts, in one application, on a server you control.
It is aimed at businesses of fewer than twenty people — the size where five separate subscriptions cost more than the work they save, and where nobody has time to keep five systems agreeing with each other.
What makes it different
You host it. Sentrello runs on your own server. Your customer records, your invoices and your books stay on a machine you control, and they remain readable whether or not you keep paying us.
No per-user pricing. Adding your fifth member of staff costs nothing. Pricing is per instance, not per seat, so the software does not get more expensive as you hire.
The free tier is a real product. Contacts, companies, deals, invoicing, double-entry bookkeeping, forms and user accounts are free and open source under the AGPL. Not a trial, not crippled, not time limited.
How it fits together
Sentrello is made of modules. Each one is a working application in its own right, and each one knows about the others.
| Core | Contacts, invoicing, bookkeeping, forms, users. Free. |
| Pro | Deeper versions of the same: recurring invoices, bills, banking, budgets, multi-currency, tax. |
| Modules | Optional applications — Booking, Documents, Shop, Newsletter, Docs. |
A quote becomes an invoice; the invoice posts to the ledger; a payment against it reconciles on the bank screen. A booking creates an appointment against a contact you already have. That joining-up is the point — it is the work that separate tools push back onto you.
What it costs
The free tier is free forever. Pro and the optional modules are paid, licensed per instance, and unlock inside the application you already have — there is no second installation and no migration.
There is a live demo with a small firm's worth of data already in it, so you can click through a real business rather than an empty screen.
Where to go next
