Dashboard
The screen you land on. It answers what needs attention today, without opening anything.
What is on it
- Money — what is owed to you, what is overdue, what came in this month.
- Work — deals in progress, tasks due, anything already late.
- Whatever your modules add.
That last point is the useful one. Reporting is not a separate module here: each module contributes its own figures to this screen. Install Booking and your upcoming appointments appear; install Documents and a certificate about to expire appears.
Why that matters
The single most expensive thing a small business misses is a date nobody was looking at — an insurance certificate that lapsed, an invoice that went sixty days overdue, a licence that expired quietly.
Those things belong on the screen everybody opens anyway, not on a report somebody remembers to run.
What you see
The dashboard shows only what your permissions allow. Somebody without access to the books does not see the money figures — the panels are filtered by the same rules as everything else, not hidden by the browser.
